Worst delivery service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received.

The driver informed me that my order would be returned to the store and available for collection at approximately 1:00 PM. However, when I contacted the store after 1:00 PM, I was advised that the order had not yet been returned.

I specifically needed this order today, and due to the delay, I requested that your customer service team cancel the order so that I could purchase the items in-store instead. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the cancellation to be processed.

I have been a loyal customer and have used your service regularly, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. The lack of communication, delays, and poor service have left me with no confidence in using your service again.

I would appreciate an urgent resolution to this matter.
