Worst delivery service and customer care service in history.

I placed an order on the 4th of March. The tracking showed it was packed on the 5th of March. Delivery by the 12th of March. Today is the 21st of March and still not a word from makro or the courier. This is the worst service I have ever experienced from a company. They keep telling me my order is packed and I should wait 24 hours. It has been 9 days since I was supposed to have my order. I will never ever shop at makro again and it's sad because I mainly shop there.
