Worst Delivery Experience Ever

Please stay away. I ordered 4 parcels in total from Makro and all were a disaster. The latest parcel I received was a cheap imitation version of the brand name item I ordered and paid a lot of money for. Worst part is you can only log a return online but the system is not allowing me to log a return. I will never order from Makro ever again and I advise everyone not to either unless you want to be stressed out and disappointed.
