Worst delivery estimates ever

I know that the black Friday shipping estimate increased from the normal 2-5 days to 7-10 days. That was fine for me. I am at 10 days phoning multiple times trying to find out when Makro will deliver my product, and nobody can even tell me if they have started packing my product. How a company as big as Makro can't even keep to their deadlines is beyond me. The items we order is essential for any home. So now we need to make plan because Makro has bad logistics.

It is safe to say that I will never buy something at Makro again. Hope anybody reading this will make the wise decision. If I haven't heard anything by tomorrow morning I will cancel my order and take my R14k somewhere else.

I previously ordered stuff from Game and within 2 days it arrived. So thank you Makro for pointing me in the right direction.
