Worst delivery and customer service experience

Do not been the delivery option for Makro,you'll wait a minimum of 7 days before any possible delivery.

The tracking on parcels does not work, they don't even provide a tracking number. I had to call in 3 days after placing my order to get an update on the progress of my products.

Rather go to the store , don't waste your money and energy because customer service won't bother to respond unless you call multiple times.
