WORST CUTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

On the 31 October I bought a washing machine online I reported that the machine is too small, they asked me to book a return online and also send pics of the machine and they agreed to take it back and to send someone to collect it but to date they have not done anything I keep calling, sending mails I even had to deal directly with the courier but to date they have not yet collected the washing machine it is almost a month later (27-Nov) and I'm still waiting

The service at MAKRO is totally hopeless when they take your money it's all good but when there is more that needs to be done they just do not care at all.
