Worst customer service received from vodacom attende at Makro as well as Manwger and all other staff involved

Went to Makro at Carnival in brakpan today. Had the Worst service ever. When I phone Makro head office on Friday, they confirmed that I am able to upgrade my Vodacom contract to the Xbox special that they are currently running and I was advised that they have stock. When I went in, they tell me they can't accept my drivers license or my valid temporary ID (please note that my ID was ******) I was told to apply for a new ID first then I can try again to upgrade. Eventually after being shouted at and being told that me and my friend are harassing them, Patrick who is a manager or someone said that they can accept my drivers license and temporary ID and we can go ahead with the upgrade. Then just to find out now all of the sudden they can't give me the upgrade, I need to take out a new contract, but the add shows it's available on upgrade. Now comes the next excuses, they can't give it to me because the deal is not loaded on their system and the people loading the deals does not work on weekends, but they can assist me on Sunday. That said just after they told me the department is not working over weekends. They will phone me and I am not to go to the store until I received a phone call from them. The music was so loud in the store that you can't even hear the person right next to you. And they are all to busy dancing and chatting away that no one bothers to assist. I was only assisted after standing there for like 15min.
