Worst customer service in South Africa, Home affairs is more competent than Makro

I saw that Makro got very bad reviews for their online service, I made the mistake of not taking heed. Do not use their online service. I am now waiting since 18 December 2024 for Makro to sort out my return and refund. Please Makro, can you make work of this.
