worst customer service from Makro online

I have never experience such terrible customer service ever. after numerous calls to the call centre It took me weeks to get my refunds back on orders that THEY cancelled and worse still, I am currently fighting for the final refund to be processed. 2 MONTHS LATER! Even after finally getting a contact at their Head office nothing has been resolved! I honestly cannot believe that in 2023 a company as big as Makro cannot offer an online service. Do not purchase from them online- you will only be disappointed.
