I bought a smart Tv box at Makro & my Tv broke & I cancelled my order before collection. I called to cancel & get a refund & I was given a run around for more 2 weeks where kdw I was told I’ll get it in 3-5 days. They kept on asking for the same information 3/4 different times & the call centre is also useless. Never shop online at Makro
