Worst customer service ever, please just return my money and let's part ways.

I've never written a review ever, but this company is utterly useless. Absolute worst company I've ever dealt with never again! I've returned a faulty item 2 MONTHS AGO, still to this day no resolution. And Absolutely no one will check up on you or at least give you updates unless you have to run after them begging and pleading for any response or update about where your product is. It was even a struggle to get store to pickup the product. I didn't even mind getting a replaced or getting it repaired, but there's no way it takes 2 months to replace such a miniscule item. Bought the product slightly cheaper on Makro than Takealot against my best judgement. I will live with that regret always. Takealot would have gave me a replacement item or refund in less than a week. I absolutely hate this store and I will personally never buy from it ever again. Just give me back my money, please and thanks.
