Worst Customer Service Ever!!

I purchased an item on the 19th Feb 2025, the estimated delivery was supposed to be the 1st of March. On their tracking system, my order is waiting for the courier to pick it up for delivery since the 21st of Feb 2025. They are not updating me as to why my order is delaying. Their customer care is full of useless people who only tells you they will escalate it to the third party. I will never order anything on Makro online anymore.
