Worst customer service ever

Makro online is the worst when it comes to customer service. I placed an order online which was confirmed for delivery on 18 January 2025 between 8am and 18pm. I waited all day only for their driver to call and tell me he can’t make it after 18pm, that he will close my order. In just a few minutes of hanging up I received a message saying my order is closed and additionally that “they couldn’t reach me”. What do you mean you couldn’t reach me? I then opt to call customer support which by the way on a Saturday closes at 18pm, I just called now at 17:20pm but I was met by an answering machine informing me I have reached the line outside of operating hours…. I regret placing my order for real as I need the goods tomorrow for my travel.
