Worst customer service ever

I bought a Bennett Read pot set at Makro about 11 months ago within this couple months these pots has been falling apart and I decided I am going to take it back as at this point I no longer want the pots these pots also has a 25 year warranty. Got to makro they are telling me to take it up with the supplier of the pots as they cannot do anything on a store level and telling me about a 14 day guaranty period where as I was told by Taryn who is a sales person for Tevo if you have any problems please bring it back to us no terms and conditions was explained to us at the time of purchase now that I am bringing it back all managers want to say the same thing about the 14 day return period. Makro is the worst place to purchase any appliances or pots as they are now saying we must advise the supplier about the problem whereas the items was bought at makro and not the supplier. This is poor customer service and I feel like never setting a foot at makro again!!!
