Worst customer service ever

27th of April I purchased 6 pack of enamel dishes On the 30th of April status on the App changed to delivered. To this day I have not received my order and I have been going through the most with Makro, I have been told since the 3rd of May that my package is under investigation.

I have to call everyday no communication from them OD***
