Worst customer service ever
Never have I dealt with such a big company like Makro with pathetic customer service. You spend 1000s of Rands and you get 0 assistance or feedback when you log a complaint. Do not buy from them.

When I walked into your store your employees were to busy chatting amongst themselves and on their cellphones to assist me. Again I complained about my issue and no assistance what so ever. I will never again purchase an item from your store.
