Worst Customer service ever

Worst customer service ever.They do not answer your emails or even try to accommodate you. Bought 2 x camping chairs for R269, few days later they phoned me, informing me they dont have stock. Strange thing is, they still advertise it, but for double the price. I have send numerous emails, but no one bothers to phone u back, or answer.They only refunded me half of the money, still waiting, and still no feedback.I even told them I will have to complain on hello peter, but they do not even care.
