Worst customer service

I have requested refund after I placed on order on the 04/10/2023. To this date I only receive feedback on one item and with the other item no feedback to this date, last week Wednesday I requested a refund even now it’s has not been refunded. The customer service is the worst cause now I want to place an order else where and I paid via payflex now they will debit the second installment meanwhile I haven’t received my items.
