Worst customer service!

I work in Angola, and I ordered stuff for my mom on 15 December, to make sure it was there in time for Christmas. They took the money, and 10 days later, still no order delivery. Got an email to say the order was dispatched and then SILENCE. I mailed them twice, I messaged their online chat support, my mom tried phoning them twice, and I have now given up on them. I will NEVER order from Makro again. Thanks for making an awful Christmas away from my loved ones EVEN WORSE.
