Worst customer service

Makro has really failed in delivering cutomer service. I bought a dishwasher on Monday and as the online shop stated that delivery is 3-5 days, I decided to rather arrange a pick up at Wonderboom, as my son is here this week to help me. Myt son has been to and from Makro wonderboom several times but no one bothers to assist. I phoned yesterday and some guy, opposing as the manager assured me that he would make sure that while my son is currently there, that the picking guy stops whatever he is doing and take out our dishwasher. My son waited another hour and 15 minutes but nothing happened, so he told them he has to leave. He returned just before 5 in the afternoon and asked for the dishwasher, but the guy who also assisted earlier looked at him blankly. He then remembered o ya that dishwasher, the guy took out the wrong one. SO I am still stuck with no dishwasher. My son had to leave, like I explained to the "manager" to Kuruman, and I have no idea what is happening.
