Worst Customer service

Makro is the worst and most unprofessional retailer. I wrote a review a few weeks ago and it they finally jumped to collect the faulty item after a struggle. I was notified of the credit due to me and supp**** all my details to Mpho,Kelebohile, Cynthia, Gilbert, Nokuphila, Otsiele, Thembisile, Yolanda on 6August and Mpho confirmed it will be escalated as high priority. Despite that on the 10th of August Jermina sent me an email requesting the same details for the refund and on the 11th of August Mpho forwarded it to her. It’s clear that nothing was done about the refund and we are on the 18th of August I still have not received my refund. Makro staff don’t track communication and they don’t prioritise anything. It’s been going on for more than 2 months and every time the service is worse than the previous. Being disappointed doesn’t even come close to how I feel at this point. All I can say is that customer service is the least of Makro’s values. They are actually useless and that is a harsh word but true.
