Worst Customer Experience Ever with Makro
Makro: unreliable, unresponsive, careless, delayed, dishonest, frustrating, disorganized, unapologetic, ***********, infuriating.

My order was placed and successfully paid for, yet it was later cancelled without any prior communication or justification. This is completely unacceptable. If there was any issue or error on your end, then the payment should not have been accepted in the first place. The fact that the funds were deducted confirms a binding transaction.
Makro, you are telling me that I must wait until the 15th of August for a refund. That is absolutely unacceptable. You took the money immediately, cancelled the order without informing me, and now expect me to wait weeks to get it back?
This is not just poor service, it is ********* and possibly a breach of the Consumer Protection Act.

A proof of refund (including date, time, amount, and reference number), this is for both my orders, two orders were cancelled without explanation or notification before cancellation of the order.
An explanation for the delay,
And immediate resolution of this issue.
