worst customer care service.

worst customer care service ever, i bought a laptop online and the delivery came with only the laptop no charger no bag as advertised, trying to get the items thats short by calling customer care and it been a week since my first call and ive called every day and still no feedback from them,till today i cant use the laptop cant do nothing with it.will never buy from them again.
