Worst customer care of my life.

Makro has to have the most pathetic customer care of any service provider. This is the second review I have to write for the same poor services related to earphones I bought and requested for and replacement since the one side is not working.

I have been sent from pillar to post, promised this and that and now they have failed to deliver without any for of communication as to the progress.

I have dealt with two ladies (busisiwe Ndlovu and Tebogo) and I am nowhere closer to resolution. instead now they are just ignoring my emails.

I cannot express my frustration as the language of choices would not be suitable for public viewing but that is really how I want to relate my frustration and anger with how useless Makro SA. Shame on you. You dont deserve any of our patronage!! You are now officially the worst provider I have ever had to deal with. And I have MTN and Telkom in my past, you are exceptional in how poor you service is.

Never again.
