Worst cust service ever by such a big company

I've always liked to buy @ Makro Wonderboom, but today I got the worst service from a so called Mr Tleane (not sure of the name but he works @ the stoves department.) Made me wait for 40 min waiting for him to get a built in stove I want to buy. I had to go to cust service only for him to come out empty handed saying I must just wait & take it easy, then he loughs & that's when I lost it & still has a nerve to argue with me. Funny thing is they don't want me to get in touch with their big boss to lay a complaint. Now I have to look for another Makro to buy from, nxx.
