Worst communication and delivery turnaround ever
I wish I could not even give them a star. I was completely happy to be patient. I understand there is pressure right now due to all the COVID related issues and the impact its having on logistics but its no excuse for bad communication, not even bad, non existent. Generic "bots" answering or copying and pasting generic answers is not communication. And if taking the time to change all your messages to be COVID related you can stop setting a certain expectation regarding delivery times. 22 May I placed two orders. One was received within 5 days. The other has not arrived despite the online tracking showing it was packed and ready on 5 June. 40 minutes holding for customer service to answer only to be cut off whilst they put you on hold. The store's service desk cuts you off during the recorded message, they respond to the email complaint 2 weeks after I sent it and it doesn't even look as though they read it as they state things not even mentioned in my original email.
Beyond disappointed. Was always so happy with Makro and this has ruined it.
