Worst Call Centre

<p>Spent over 50 minutes on calls from my cell phone trying to get through to Lynn, been put on hold many times just to be cut-off, annoying ad while on hold, repeated over and over.</p> <p>Yesterday I came in to look at Cell phones and ended up purchasing a portable router which I was told at a bargain price, when I arrived home looked in the box and found the item was used and the cable badly damaged with exposed wiring, after seeing this I phoned the branch (Montague Gardens) immediately and spoke to Tony, he assured me someone will get back to me today, it is 5pm and nobody has called. </p> <p>I would like the Manager of the store to get back to me to resolve this situation as I have spent enough time and money to do this on my own. </p>
