WORST CALL CENTRE

i ordered a box of pampers size 4+ at makro online , i got the product and i started using the products a few days ago, every nappy i use on my son , it breaks on the side and the inside of the nappy is all over my son , he would have it on for one minute and it will break

i am very very disappointed as i have been using this product since my son was born and he is 1 year and three months , i have spent over R 5000 on this product and i had a very bad experience with the product and the call centre of makro

i want them to collect this product and exchange it or refund my money

i will never use the service of makro or use the product again
