Worst attitude
<p>Went to makro Germiston on the 11/02/2017</p> <p>Iyooo worst customer service,,,I can't believe that makro hires people who are very tired and cashier 52 told me in my face that is how she is working throwing my groceries and lettuce on the floor without apologizing "I work like this n rolled her eyes at me"</p> <p>I'm still shocked,,, was the groceries for free???</p> <p>#No till packers</p> <p>#bad attitude </p>

I assure you this is not the standard we train or expect from our team members, as we strive to achieve the highest standard of customer service complaint of this nature are taken very seriously.
Over and above that corrective measures have been taken regarding the staff member concerned and necessary training will be conducted.
