Worst and the slowest service ever

I ordered a tv stand online but I called makro to tell them to change my delivery date as I won’t be available on the day they selected but they still sent courier guy to deliver then next thing my order is sent back to makro head office en nobody from the head office contacts me en let me know but they busy telling me about how they still investigating I had to investigate myself that’s how I found out from courier guy that my order was sent to makro head office I’m so disappointed
