Worst after sales service
I have send my full order back due to chemical spillage when it was delivered. It’s been 7 weeks numerous phone calls and emails still not refunded. They keep on refunding the wrong amount. I requested a supervisor to contact me still no phone call back.

Thanks for your reply but honestly if you take your customer request seriously it’s 8 weeks that I’m waiting for my refund. I received a call from the finance department on Monday but yet again empty promises that they will look into my case and still no feedback or refund. This service is unacceptable

22 Sept 2024, 19:48Yet again another week has passed! 9 weeks still not refunded. Finance department phoned and said they have to get a hold of Makro Polokwane to confirm the amount of the refund. Then Makro Polokwane phoned me also the need to look into the case with no further feedback!!! I phoned again and insisted to speak to a Supervisor which is always in a meeting and never phone you back. This service is unacceptable.
