Worst after sales service

<p>We bought a washing machine at Makro in Wonderboom and took out an extended warranty. There is a problem with the machine, and after trying for days to get this sorted out, I was told that Letabu (from whereever??) was the only who would be able to assist. I can't understand how there could only be 1 person in Pretoria dealing with this. After she promised me it would take 48 hours to get this fixed, it is now 4 days later and apparently no-one has attended to the problem yet. So again, we will phone you back in 15 minutes. How long are you suppose to wait for service? Not being able to use the machine for 6 days is ridiculous. Running out of clothes and no-one could bother to assist. Will never ever make use of Makro again, as there are so many other shops willing to assist with a smile, without any problems. Seems like Makro staff can't care less.</p>
