I rate Makro online sales a zero. The 10th of September I ordered home theater system.I waited a week and few days to be told that they are out of stock. The most annoying part is to be told to wait another week for a refund. Why the wait for a refund? When I placed the order,it was something advertised as in stock. Why advertise if you do not have it? My plans are ruined and on top of that I cannot buy from other retailers because Makro is keeping my money. Makro- please stop wasting time for clients. The worst service ever!
