worse warranty repairs

3rf time my front loader washing machine has broke ( machine is only 1 and half years, this time the PC board has apparently gone, it is taking 2 weeks with out being able to do washing and you have to constantly call and follow up yourself. at what point will the machine be replaced, how many more times do I need to sit with out something which paid for because they don't have parts to fix it and the orders take weeks to come in. worse customer service from both stores.
