Worse service I have ever received

I have been waiting for my order that was suppose to be delivered on Monday..I called them on Monday,they said they will deliver on Tuesday cause the had a backlog.from Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday today is Friday still nothing they don't even call to inform me I should keep on calling them with no fruitful feedback .my order since it says on route since from Monday even today it's still on route I don't know which country the order is to spend 5 days on route. Their service is too disgusting I will not recommend it to other people..they even **** to me when I call on Wednesday and say the order is 30 Min away I will receive🤔al to find that they are lying.
