Worse service from Makro

I received the worst service ever from Makro Cornubia together with their online department. It’s been a month already and I’m still sitting with an incorrect order. Even after I went directly into the store, they are arrogant and didn’t care less. They advised my correct order would be delivered the following day, till today nothing. I’m beyond irritated. This was initially a gift for my daughters bday and thanks to Makro my daughter still hasn’t received her gift a month later. Worse service ever!!! Ive been calling and emailing daily with no resolution.
