WORSE SERVICE EVER, SORRY NO SERVICE!!!
If I could put no star that would be sufficient! WORSE SERVICE EVER! I have booked in a vacuum cleaner which was only 5months old, they told me they would assess and keep my updated on a regular basis, what a load of nonsense!!!! I have been contacted once, it has now been 21days and was contacted last Friday to say it's been assessed still!!! Since then it's almost Friday AGAIN, nothing. If you don't call they don't bother.

18 May 2023, 07:49Again a week has passed, now by some idiot law they cannot refund me or give me a new machine as the machine has a 1 year warranty, the machine is only 7months old.... now there is stories regarding me getting my money back? This is ridiculous we are still waiting for feedback that would have been Monday or Tuesday!!
