Worse service ever

Utmost bad service. I made a order on the 24th Dec and on the Makro app it shows delivery date 30 Dec.

I phoned numerous of times. And the agent kept saying they escalated the matter. They have no care in the world. There is no team leader or manager to take my call. I feel this is the worst service I ever experienced. I will never in my life order at Makro. I extended my holiday in Capetown to accommodate this package.
