Worse service ever💔💔💔

At this point i nolonger know what to do to get refunded i probably wasted R300 worth of airtime calling in and all i get is the matter has been escalated and I get different managers everyday who lie and say their are escalating and will call me back and it never happens am not sure weather going to Makro’s head office will help because no one is helping or have information on what’s holding my refund no one knows what’s even happening with the refund I honestly don’t know what to do now its going to be a third month now with me chasing a refund
