Worse Service ever

Judy you have rep**** to my email as if you were will to fix my problem, now I have to wait for a simple thing that you banking clerk and debtors has to do, may I please have my refunds as it shows that Makro cares less for their customers, this previous weekend I had to buy meat and eat it all because my Mom can’t have a fridge to store her groceries a fridge that was bought and paid for in cash clearly X-mas for her will be a nightmare because of MAKRO customer service, sure your books never balance month to month because of unallocated payment that the finance department and operation don’t care about, I am so disappointed, my friends and family will never buy anything from Makro again. IF YOU DON’T SORT THIS OUT MAY I GET MY MONEY BEFORE THE END OF TUESDAY.
