Worse service at Makro Woodmead

I have been standing at the Makro in woodmead to buy a cellphone, there is no people to assist. The last person that I was referred to told he he is leaving I must just wait for someone else to come and he walked away. It's been 20 minute and still no help. Such terrible customer service, worse experience in a long time.
