Worse customer Service ever from Makro

I reported faulty Hisense washing machine on 14 December 2023 which is still under warranty to date nothing has happened. i received the following reference number *** from Richard Mokgotho on 21 December,

Technician came before Christmas and order belt after belt he realized that something else is damaged, he placed another order. to date my Machine is still not fixed. I`ve never experience such disgusting service in my life. i don't see myself buying from Makro or any Hisense product again.
