Worm crawled Sausage

I have had the worst experience at Makro PE..after i bought a tray of sausage we had a braai which the sausage was part of it. An hour later worms crawled from this sausage. And what was so groase was me and my husband ate some of it. The weirdest was that the piecebof sausage the worms crawled from in the middle yet on the same piece no worms. I do have videos of this. Upon reporting this to them all they wanted to do was to compensate me to shut me up. I was in liasion wth the National manager which they said they will investigate and test the sausage... I even took them a piece of the meat... They promised to investigate... They just wanted to compensate and give me a meat hamper i refused. Upon ups and downs they wanted to refund my purchase, but until today after demanding refund of my full purchase i have not heard nothing from them. No word on the testing of the sausage or nothing....
