Woodmead order delayed.
I placed an order November 27th online, the estimated date of delivery was 29th Friday. I received an sms saying my order was delayed on Friday 29th. I have since been calling the customer service line ,and still did not receive feedback on how far my order is. I called again today,and was told my order was handed over to a courier company, but they can't get them when they try to call. It been a frustrating experience ordering with makro onlin(woodmead)

17 Dec 2024, 17:42I haven't received all my items. Not to mention some of the items I received were dented.
I only received 3 of 5 boxes. I was promised it would be delivered on the weekend. The weekend has passed. I am still waiting

It is quite frustrating to wait for groceries for almost a month. And not receive them all. So please get in touch with your courier company so that I can receive the remaining items of my order.
Do you honestly think I enjoy the runaround of it all. If I had received all my items, I wouldn't be wasting my time coming here and trying to get assistance.
So stop bull****ting me, and send me the rest of my items.
