WOODMEAD MAKRO STAFF WILL OPEN TECH DEVICE BOXES SO YOU WONT BE ABLE TO RETURN IT

I received a Polaroid smart watch as a gift, it isn't compatible with the Samsung health app for me to record my steps for my vitality active, I went to Woodmead makro to return or exchange it, at the returns counter was so rude and insensitive she went to "find a manager" and came back saying I should keep it as the return date has passed and she can't take it back as the seal had been broken, my dad who purchased the watch had informed her that the sales person opened the box to show them the watch and if they had known that he would sabotage the opportunity return the item they never would have let him do it, she literally came back to fight with me instead of giving me an alternative, I don't mind if I can't get the money back but I'm not fond of keeping things I can't use, and it's extremely unprofessional for their staff to be sabotaging the customers chance to return an item!!!
