Won’t be liable for your incompetency

The same issue since 13th March 2023! It’s April 2024. I made a purchase with makro on the 13th March and paid via Vodapay. The simple order never made it to delivery!the delivery guy was the one with decency enough to contact me and tell me the store had no supply of the items. After months of fighting with them, They decided t partially refund me(I never requested for refund they just refunded), now they say they can’t pay back my delivery fee, for what reasons I don’t know and quite frankly don’t care. I want all my money , I won’t be held liable for your incompetency
