Wonderful Staff assistance from Elizabeth - Makro Germiston
Returned a faulty backpack - was assisted, fault reported (strap fallen off and shoulder bands were fraying after a month's use. Received a call to collect, upon arrival last Sunday, the strap had been re-attached but the fraying had not being attended to.
Elizabeth was most helpful and apologetic, promised to arrange a refund - and she did in the most professional efficient way.
This is how ALL customer care personnel should be. Thank you Elizabeth
