Wonderboom store....

<p>I will NEVER shop at makro again (Than includes my company & I will ensure anyone I know also NEVER goes there ever)</p> <p> </p> <p>After checking on stock of the TERRACE LEISURE 4 Burner Saturn 590 Gas Braai on saturday afternoon the website said out of stock. Checked again this morning on the website it said in stock at the wonderboom store.</p> <p> </p> <p>Drive 100km to that store only to be told that they are out of stock! Then showed the staff online it says that there is stock..... then all os a sudden tey say they have reckeved stock but somehow can't find it.... ***?? after requesting to speak to the manager I am told go buy it online then we dont have stock. why does your website say you have stock then?</p> <p> </p> <p>The manager comes and tels me that the stock they have is reserved for online purchase only... when I requested him to get me one of the reserved braais as obviosly it should be on a first come first serve basis he refuses to and starts arguing then that they also dont have stock for the online purchases.</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutly the worst service!!</p>
