Won't give me my e-bucks.

I went into Makro Strubensvalley to get some items. I got the items I wanted and when I got to the till, everything was rung up. When I inquired about my e-bucks she informs me she forgot to ask. I then asked her to correct it and she said she couldn't and it was tough. How is it that your staffs incompetence become my problem?
