Woefully service at Makro

My sister was visting from the USA and my mother's tv packed up and needed replacing, my Mother lives in Warner beach, is 80 years old. It would have made sense for my Sister to help set up a new TV for her. We found a TV at Makro. But no, so much red tape and unhelpfulness from Makro, told us to order on-line. My sister is returning to the USA, so this will leave my 80 year old mother to set up her new TV on her own. Shame on you Makro for your woeful service, not even trying to find a solution.
